This year, David took inspiration from the political atmosphere and chose George Orwell’s Animal Farm as the theme for this year. It was a real challenge to make that imagery work: while the idea was subversive and a bit dark, we didn’t want it to feel that way. It’s a wine tasting, after all… a joyful event! To this end, I created the art for this as well as the design. This image was both the invitation and the cover.
